Die 1cc GmbH stellt dem Nutzer des Online-Tools 1cc – Compliance Data einen passwortgeschützten Zugang zu einem geschützten Bereich zur Verfügung. Soweit der Nutzer des Online-Tools Daten für den Zugang Daten zur Verfügung gestellt hat, werden diese von der 1cc GmbH nur zur technischen Abwicklung des Zugangs zum geschützten Bereich verwendet und zur Beantwortung von Anfragen des Nutzers.
Daten werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben. Die 1cc GmbH übernimmt alle ihr technisch, organisatorisch und wirtschaftlich möglichen Vorkehrungen, um den Zugriff Dritter auf den geschützten Bereich zu verhindern.

Data protection:

1cc GmbH provides a restricted area for the user (account) of the online-tool 1cc Compliance Data, which will be accessible only with a password. As far as data will be collected during the setup of an account, it will be used by 1cc GmbH only for technical processing of access to the account and to send requested information.
Data will not be transferred to third parties.
1cc GmbH takes all technical, organizational and economic measures, which are necessary in order to prevent unauthorized access to the restricted area.

Inhalte und Rechte Dritter sind als solche gekennzeichnet. Ohne eine vorherige schriftliche Genehmigung des Urhebers dürfen die Inhalte weder ganz noch in Auszügen bearbeitet, vervielfältigt oder weitergegeben werden.

Die im Online-tool aufgeführten Weblinks dienen der Bereitstellung und Weitergabe von Informationen im Rahmen der Erfüllung der Pflichten aus dem Vertragsverhältnis der 1cc GmbH und dem Nutzer. Es handelt sich hierbei um Websites Dritter. Diese Websites unterliegen der Haftung der jeweiligen Betreiber. Bei der erstmaligen Verknüpfung der Links hat die 1cc GmbH die externen Inhalte auf etwaige Rechtsverstöße überprüft. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war ein Rechtsverstoß nicht ersichtlich. 1cc GmbH checked the external contents for possible legal violations when it has inserted the respective links. At this time an infringement of existing laws was not evident. The external contents are reviewed regularly; however a constant monitoring is not possible for 1cc GmbH. In the event of becoming aware of violations, such links are erased immediately.
